Draft Corporate Strategy 2024-27

Overview

The Corporate Strategy sets the strategic direction of the Comhairle in each council term and is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant to the strategic aims of the Comhairle and takes cognisance of the internal and external environment impacting on service delivery.

Why We Are Consulting

Following an Elected Members seminar in August 2023, the Strategy has been updated. The draft Corporate Strategy continues to have four priority areas and a set of strategic outcomes.

We would like to invite you to comment on the draft Corporate Strategy, 2024-27.

Your feedback is important to ensure our outcomes have a positive impact in the areas that need them most.

The closing date for the consultation is 12 noon, Friday 20 October 2023.

What Happens Next

Comments received will be reviewed and the draft Corporate Strategy will be amended as appropriate. The final draft of the Corporate Strategy will be considered by the Policy and Resources Committee of the Comhairle on 29 November 2023.
