Updated Statement of Licensing Policy

Licensing boards have to periodically review and update their policies, meaning that the new licensing policy requires to be published by November 2023.

We are looking for any comments or suggestions that any interested person wishes to make.

Attached is the previous Policy and a guide produced to supplement existing AFS guidance about the development of licensing policy with learning from the last round of policy review in 2018. It provides practical suggestions to support people to engage in the review process effectively, and to make recommendations to licensing boards relevant to the licensing objectives and local context.
