  • Blue-Green Algae

    There are indications that blue-green algae may be present at Loch Nan Geadh near Daliburgh in South Uist.  As a precautionary measure, notices have been posted next to the loch, warning that contact with the algal scum should be avoided. Image © superfoodliving.
