  • Budget 2016/17

    Comhairle nan Eilean Siar has set its budget for 2016/17 with £1.439m amount of service savings. The Comhairle was obliged to make the service savings as part of an overall package of £8.5m of savings because of a reduction in settlement funding of 4.5%.

    Failte Café will be open today in Pointers from 12-2pm.  In addition to our usual menu we are offering a special Take Away Meal Deal which includes soup, a sandwich and a carton of fruit juice for £3.  We are also serving take away tea and coffee for £1.
