  • Apprenticeships are Changing

    As part of the annual Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Scottish Apprenticeship Week, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is hosting a series of events to demonstrate how apprenticeships work for businesses, individuals and the economy.   • Leader of Comhairle nan Eilean Siar to take part in Facebook Session on Crown Estate

    Comhairle Leader, Cllr Angus Campbell, will host a Facebook question and answer session at 7pm on Tuesday 28th February on the Scottish Government's Consultation on Crown Estate Proposals. Questions must be submitted to the page on the evening of the 28th and the Leader will answer as many of these questions as possible between 7pm and 8:30pm.     We have a full week of events including a Conference on Saturday 11th. The conference is suitable for women aged 14+ and includes a wide range of workshops, talks and activities. Everything is free and we would like as many people as possible to take advantage of this opportunity.
