    Trading Standards are warning Consumers that there is a current fraud where island residents are being telephoned by scammers claiming to be from BT. The callers state that your internet connection is affecting the BT service but that they can resolve the problem by talking you through a series of steps which ultimately gives them access to your laptop or computer.     Notice is hereby given under Regulation 9 of the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014 that copies of the unaudited Accounts for Comhairle nan Eilean Siar for the year ended 31 March 2016 and all associated documents relating thereto will be available for public inspection at the Council Offices, Sandwick Road, Stornoway, on any week day from Friday 1 July 2016 to Thursday 21 July 2016 between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
