    The multi-agency Western Isles Emergency Planning Co-ordinating Group met this afternoon to discuss the ongoing issues surrounding the grounding of the semi-submersible drilling rig at Dalmore.     As part of the Scottish Government's commitment to continuous improvement, the Planning Performance Framework has been developed to enable Scotland's planning authorities to report on their achievements within a national framework which uses a set of agreed performance markers to judge each authority's performance.

     
  • Building Standards

    We are making changes to the way building standards applications are made from August 2016, with the launch of Scotland's eBuildingstandards.scot online applications service. This will enable the electronic submission of applications for building warrants and other related forms, such as completion certificates.
