Join the Treasure Trove Unit for a day of Scottish archaeology in Museum nan Eilean, Stornoway! 

Enjoy a handling session with typical Scottish finds in our pop-up display followed by a talk about the law of Treasure Trove that makes Scotland so unique.

There will also be the opportunity to learn about star finds from the Western Isles, including ones you can see on display at Museum nan Eilean, Stornoway.

This event is free and everyone interested in history and archaeology is welcome.
