NTM 003 – Spiorad na Mara Offshore Wind Farm

The Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS) is scheduled to deploy a Passive Acoustic Monitoring Device (PAM) on behalf of Spiorad na Mara Ltd. The PAM will be deployed on site over a period of 12 months within the Spiorad na Mara offshore wind farm site. Positions of equipment can be seen in Figure 1 and Table below. The Seatrek vessel Lochlann (Section 5) is estimated to mobilise on the 11th January 2024 (weather dependant) to deploy the equipment. Once deployed a notice update will be issued to give the laid position of the PAM. The PAM position will also be uploaded onto Kingfisher Bulletin website and displayed for the whole deployment period (12 months).
