Swimming World Championships - Kara Hanlon

Kara Hanlon will make her worlds debut in the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, taking place between July 23 and 30.

Heats start time - 10.30am (UK time 2.30am) Finals start time - 8pm (UK time 12 midday).  Top 16 in heats qualify for semi-finals, top 8 in semi-finals qualify for finals.

Kara is taking part in the 100m Breaststroke, 200m Breaststroke and the 4x100 Women's Medley Relay (times below)

100m Breaststroke

Tuesday 25th July

  • 100m Breaststroke Final start time - 9.45pm (UK time - 1.45pm)

200m Breaststroke

4x100 Womens Medley Relay
