Surplus Topsoil

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is reminding the public that that there is still surplus unscreened topsoil available arising from the Goathill development, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, for anyone looking for topsoil for their gardens, polytunnels, landscaping (miniature football pitches, tennis courts!).

The Comhairle has received very positive feedback regarding the quality of the topsoil and anyone wishing to proceed with applying for topsoil should read all the guidance prior to completing the online application form.
