Columbia Place Play Area

The recent upgrade works to the Columbia Place Play Area are now complete and the facility is open to the public. The works were required to satisfy a planning condition in relation to the Goathill Development to ensure provision of recreation facilities to service the area, and were undertaken by McLaughlin and Harvey Ltd as part of the Care Home and Housing with Extra Care development being delivered by the Comhairle in partnership with Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP).

The project team would like to thank the public for their patience while the facility was closed and also to Manor and Castle Community Association for their input and support during the design process.
