Surplus Top Soil

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar are inviting expressions of interest, for surplus unscreened topsoil arising from the Goathill development, Stornoway.

In the first instance expressions of interest from community groups and the local voluntary sector within the Western Isles will be prioritised.
