Western Isles Libraries is hosting online author events over the next few weeks to celebrate Book Week Scotland 2021 (15 to 21 November).

The online events will have a climate change and awareness theme with guest authors Natalie Fée and Alastair McIntosh talking about their books, the climate and how we can play our part in mitigating climate change.

Natalie Fee is an award-winning environmentalist, author, speaker and founder of City to Sea, a UK-based organisation running campaigns to stop plastic pollution at source.  She is also the author of How to Save the World for Free (Orion, 2019), one of the books in the library services new Climate Collections which can be found in each branch.
