The Armed Forces Day Flag Raising Event took place at Perceval Square, Stornoway, at 10am on Monday 22nd June.
Comhairle Convener, Cllr Norman A MacDonald, said: "Although this year's events will be slightly different to previous years, it is very important that we remember those who are currently serving in the forces and those who gave their lives for the freedom that we enjoy today."
The Flag Lowering Event will take place in Perceval Square on Monday (29th June) evening at 7:30pm.
