Get Involved in Apprenticeship Week

This week Comhairle nan Eilean Siar joins Developing the Young Workforce Outer Hebrides to celebrate Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2022.

Scottish Apprenticeship Week is an annual celebration of the positive impact apprenticeships have on apprentices, employers, and the local economy.

From Foundation Apprenticeships through to Graduate Apprenticeships CNES currently offers support in 44 different areas through 21 different funds.

For senior phase secondary pupils Foundation Apprenticeships have been developed to help young people gain valuable experience through work-based learning while they are still in school.

Modern and Graduate Apprenticeships give people of all ages and levels of attainment the opportunity to gain high level qualifications while earning and working in the Western Isles.

Throughout the week social media content will be shared on the DYW Outer Hebrides, Western Isles Employability and CNES social media pages

If you are a former or current apprentice and would like to get involved in the local campaign complete the following sentences and send them to info@dywouterhebrides.com or by message to DYW Outer Hebrides on Facebook.
