The Comhairle's Election Office is reminding electors who are eligible to vote in the Sealladh na Beinne Mòire - Election of Director, that Postal Ballots must be returned to the Election Office, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Sandwick Road, Stornoway by 11.00am on Wednesday 10 November 2021.
