Youth Scotland Rural Action Fund

The Youth Scotland Rural Action Fund is removing barriers in rural communities

Returning for a fourth year of funding, The Youth Scotland Rural Action Fund has already supported rural community-based youth work successfully for three years.

Supported by The Robertson Trust and The Gannochy Trust, this fund aims to enhance and develop community-based youth work in Scotland's rural communities, remove barriers to access of youth work provision and build youth work capacity across Scotland.

The Youth Scotland Rural Action Fund is now open and accepting applications.

Groups and projects successfully funded in previous phases of the fund are encouraged to apply once more.

What is the Rural Action Fund?

The Youth Scotland Rural Action Fund is a Micro Grant fund being supported by The Robertson Trust and The Gannochy Trust. This fund was created in response to the challenges which rural youth groups are facing in funding the delivery of community-based universal youth work. It will make small awards to enable youth groups operating in rural communities to provide more and/or better youth work opportunities for young people. The minimum amount of funding is £100 and maximum amount per award is £750.

Who can apply?
