Councils have a duty under the Local Government in Scotland Act 2003 to report publicly their performance in delivering their services. The Public Performance Report 2019-20 (1.3MB) is the latest annual PPR to report on the Corporate Strategy 2017-21 , which sets the strategic direction of the Comhairle. The Corporate Strategy has been undertaken in parallel with the development of the Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership's Local Outcomes Improvement Plan (LOIP ) 2017-27.
