Want to lose weight?

                                                                                                                                     Want to raise money for the Lewis branch of Cancer Research UK?

 

Come and join the NEW 'Couch to 5km' programme at ISL starting at 4pm on 14th March at the running track.

This friendly session supported by sports centre staff is to help you get started and keep you literally on track!

 

This weekly get together will follow the NHS Couch to 5km programme. Every week will progress according to the schedule and keep you motivated.

The plan is that you will be fitter, healthier and happier in 9 weeks time

AND

you will be able to take part in the Women's Cancer Challenge 5km on May 18th at the Castle Grounds if you would like a realistic target!

 

Come along and sign up to a new you on March 14th at 3:50 p.m.

 

(Please check with a health professional that it is safe for you to exercise prior to joining us if you have any medical condition.)

 

PS The session is open to men and women - even if the men won't qualify to take part in the Womens Cancer Challenge!
