  • OHCPP Community Consultation: How Good Is Your Community?

    Please find below a link to a public consultation survey on behalf of the Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership. The OHCPP has had an excellent response already but encourages as many people as possible to complete the survey. The information will be used to inform and focus community consultation requirements throughout partner agencies and we strongly urge you to complete this survey and to encourage your family and friends to do so as well.   • The Crofting Commission Elections 2017

  • Comhairle Equality Outcomes 2017 – 2021

    We are asking for your views to help us develop and prioritize our equality outcomes and actions for all those who are living, working and learning throughout the Outer Hebrides within this period of public sector constraint. Whilst this is a challenging period for the public sector, particularly in managing community expectations with fewer resources, this may also provide opportunities for exploring new ways of delivering services.

     
  • Sgeama Greis Gnìomhachais nan Oileanach 2017 / Gaelic Student Placement Scheme 2017

    Ann an co-bhonn le Bòrd na Gàidhlig, tha Comhairle nan Eilean Siar a' tabhann cothroim do dh' oileanaich le sgilean Gàidhlig a bhith a' cosnadh airson deich seachdainean as t-samhradh 2017 aig buidhnean a tha a' cleachdadh Gàidhlig mar mheadhan obrach gu làitheil. In co-conjunction with Bòrd na Gàidhlig, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar are offering an opportunity to students with Gaelic skills to be employed for ten weeks during summer 2017 in the Western Isles with organisations which use Gaelic in the workplace every day.
